Little Free Pantry is located at 7704 Sunset Drive in Ralston. If you aren't familiar with these, they are popping up throughout Omaha and will be filled with shelf ready foods, toiletry items & items found at a local food pantry.
This is will be open 24/7 for people in need. You can come get what they need without any embarrassment of filling out forms that most food banks typically require. Maybe there's a family short on money due to an emergency and this will help get them to the next paycheck or there might be a kid walking home from school knowing they won't have another meal until the next day at school.
They want to help to avoid times like these. Please let them know if you have any non-perishable items to donate or if you know of someone in need, send them there. If you or someone you know is in need of more than what is available in the Pantry, please send a message. They will do our very best to get what is needed.
