Fifth grader Sharon Sara was named the winner of Google’s US 2020 Doodle for Google contest. This year’s doodle had to answer the question “I show kindness by..." and Sharon’s doodle depicted a group of diverse friends holding hands. “I show kindness by sticking together with my friends in tough times,” reads Sharon’s statement. “I drew people coming together and not thinking about the outside but being together because of their personality.”
