Online Content Director (OCD) - The OCD reports to the Promotions/Marketing Manager for the cluster. This individual will work with all departments (Programming, Sales, Promotions, etc.) to maximize the online presentation. Programming and Promotions works with the OCD to ensure timely and relevant updates to the sites to match on-air messaging and station events. Sales Department is to be kept informed of all new online initiatives, opportunities and weekly/monthly traffic on the sites. Job Description Work with Promotions to identify relevant events and feature prominently on site. As a member of the promotions department, be available for major station events and promotions as necessary Physically maintain sites with daily updates Prepare and create necessary graphics/files for site Enter and Update site content Audit site for wasted/duplicated positions Stream Monitoring for quality, ad replacement, etc. Assist station personnel with maintaining various elements on sites (promotion calendar, personality page, etc.) Other duties as assigned
Job requirements: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop HTML knowledge Strong mastery of written grammar Strong Organizational, Leadership and Interpersonal skills Ability to work well with others and recommend solutions Knowledge of website best practices and design Organizational and planning skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines

Duties will include but are not limited to assisting managers with preparing sales presentations and packages, confirming sales orders, creating, designing and maintaining financial spreadsheets for sales people and managers. Answer phones and assist listeners in our front office.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication/interpersonal skills, work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and work within deadlines.
Must be proficient MS Office products Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Prefer two plus years experience in a fast paced office setting.
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or college degree helpful
