Steve's Experience at Ryan's Bistro

My wife Terri and I had an outstanding experience at Ryan's Bistro. The General Manager, Barb Kirshenbaum, was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The best experience; however, was the food. I would highly recommend Ryan's Bistro. The staff that wined and dined us is below.

- Steak Bites: served over sauteed spinach with bistro cajun seasoning and creamy horseradish dipping sauce
- Bruschetta: drizzled with balsamic glaze
- Peanut Butter & Bacon Toast: Served with red pepper chili honey
second course options:
- Beef Tenderloin Medallions: with choice of rosemary demi or Tuscany mushroom sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable
- Citrus Cranberry Glazed Salmon: served with brown wild rice and seasonal vegetable
- Baked Brie Chicken: topped with cranberry chutney and balsamic drizzle served with gouda mac 'n cheese and seasonal vegetable
